Immunohistochemical analysis of CXCR7 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section of human tonsil. Samples were incubated in CXCR7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23192) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL followed by HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent. Nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin. This CXCR7 antibody generated a specific membrane cytoplasmic staining in most of the cells, and the signal was highest/very intense in the endothelial cells/blood vessels.
