Flow Cytometry: MHC Class II Antibody (HIS19) [NBP2-00462] - Analysis using the FITC conjugate of NBP2-00462. Staining of rat splenocytes with Anti-Rat MHC Class II FITC (left) and PE (right). Appropriate isotype controls were used (open histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
