Western Blot was performed using Anti-KIF11 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA3-16834) and a 120 kDa band corresponding to Kinesin-like protein KIF11 was observed across cell lines tested. Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of A-431 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), HEK-293 (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4), FaDu (Lane 5), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 6), T-47D (Lane 7), U-2 OS (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The Blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:6000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076). Additional uncharacterized band was also observed at ~80 kDa.
