Western blot analysis of RARA/RARB/RARG in various lysates. Samples were incubated with RARA/RARB/RARG monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570053) using a dilution of 1:1,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: SK-Br-3 cell lysate; Lane 2: T-47D cell lysate; Lane 3: A375 cell lysate; Lane 4: HeLa cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 50 kDa; Observed band size: 58 kDa. Exposure time: 3 minutes; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature.
