Western blot was performed using RAB3A Recombinant Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-4691) and a 27 kDa band corresponding to RAB3A was observed in Mouse brain, Mouse cerebellum, Rat brain and Rat cerebellum but not in Mouse skeletal muscle, Mouse liver, Rat skeletal muscle and Rat liver. Tissue extract (30 µg lysate) of Mouse brain (Lane 1), Mouse cerebellum (Lane 2), Mouse skeletal muscle (Lane 3), Mouse liver (Lane 4), Rat brain (Lane 5), Rat cerebellum (Lane 6), Rat skeletal muscle (Lane 7) and Rat liver (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Gel Transfer Device (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:20,000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).

Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Rat Kidney (Lane 1), Rat Liver (Lane 2), Rat Brain (Lane 3), Mouse Brain (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:100) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:5000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
