MPPED2 Antibody

Western Blot: MPPED2 Antibody [NBP1-80499] - MPPED2 reduces cell proliferation of breast carcinoma cell lines. qRT-PCR (left panel) performed in MDA-MB-231 and SKBR3 cells stably expressing MPPED2 or carrying the corresponding empty vector (EV). Data are reported as 2-delatadelataCt values +/- SD, compared to the EV, set equal to 1. Western blot (right panel) analysis confirming the expression of MPPED2. beta-actin was used to normalize the amount of loaded protein (left panel). Densitometric analysis was performed by using ImageJ software to evaluate MPPED2 protein expression compared to EV, set equal to 1. Original blots were shown in Supplementary Materials Figure S5.
