Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts of A549 (Lane 1), iPSC (Lane 2), Embryoid Bodies (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4) and SH-SY5Y (Lane 5). The blot was probed with RUNX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17434, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 55kDa band corresponding to RUNX1 was observed in all the lanes, except Embryoid bodies and SH-SY5Y, which do not express RUNX1.
