A) Mononuclear leukocytes were harvested from spleen, blood, and bone marrow from uninfected and infected animals 24 and 48 hrs p.i. Cells were stained with antibodies to NKR-P1A, CD3, and Ly49s3. NK cells were gated as NKR-P1A+CD3- cells, and the percentage of Ly49s3+ NK cells was analysed by flow cytometry.
