Western blot was performed using Anti- Flotillin 1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19713) and a 47kDa band corresponding to Flotillin 1 was observed across all the cell lines and tissue lysates tested except THP1 which is reported negative for Flotillin 1 expression. An uncharacterized band was observed at ~32KDa across all the samples and ~60KDa in THP-1 sample alone. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), HEK-293 (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 4), HeLa (Lane 5), A549 (Lane 6), THP-1 (Lane 7), tissue extracts of Mouse Lung (Lane 8), Mouse Brain (Lane 9) and Mouse Heart (Lane 10) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blots were probed with the primary antibody (1µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752).
