Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1%SDS) (30 µg lysate) of NIH3T3 (Lane 1), PC-12 (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), A549 (Lane 4), HEK293 (Lane 5), A431 (Lane 6), tissue extracts of Mouse Liver (Lane 7) and Mouse Brain (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-JNK Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17889, 1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). 48 and 54 kDa bands corresponding to JNK 1, 2 and 3 were observed across all the cell lines and tissues tested.
