TSC2 Antibody

Immunoprecipitation: TSC2 Antibody [NB200-200] - Detection of human TSC2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TSC2 antibody NB200-200 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. TSC2 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-TSC2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated TSC2, NB200-200 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
