Fig 3: MAO‐B, COMT and α‐Syn expression in response to MGO. MAO‐B (a) (n = 4), COMT (c) (n = 4), and SNCA (e) (n = 4) mRNA expression were measured by real‐time PCR in differentiated SH‐SY5Y cells treated or not with 400 μM MGO for 48 h. MAO‐B (b) (n = 4), COMT (d) (n = 4) and α‐Syn (f) (n = 4) protein levels were measured by Western blot using Vinculin or β‐Actin as loading control.
