Description
Rabbits were immunized with peptide conjugated to a protein carrier. The resulting antiserum was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-peptide was immunoaffinity purified. Purification was followed by conjugation to horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
