Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), SKNAS (Lane 2), K562 (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4), Raji (Lane 5), A431 (Lane 6), HepG2 (Lane 7) and IMR-32 (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-MRE11 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA3-16527, 1:3,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). An 81 kDa band corresponding to MRE11 was observed across all cell lines tested.

Detection of MRE11 (Green) in Hela cells using Product # PA3-16527 at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei (Blue) are counterstained using Hoechst 33258.
