Immunocytochemistry analysis of ATP7B in Caco-2 cells. Samples were incubated with ATP7B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16584) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a dilution of 1:1,000 dilution for 60 minutes. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.
