Western Blot analysis of RUNX1 using RUNX1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50434) in NIH-3T3 (30 μg), Raw264.7 (30 μg), and C2C12 (30 μg) whole cell extracts at a dilution of 1:1,000. Extracts were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE. An HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
