Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma using 038275 followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of 038275 for immunohistochemistry.

Overlay histogram showing A431 cells stained with 038275 (green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10mins) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10mins. The cells were then incubated in 2% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by 038275 (1:25) for 60mins at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed (1:200) for 40mins at 37ºC. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG (1ug/1x10e6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
