Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle followed using 043763; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6) follow by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of 043763 for immunohistochemistry.

Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed paraffin embedded human heart tissue sections using 043763. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5hrs at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6). Samples were incubated with 043763 (1:25) for 1 hour at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
