Immunohistochemistry Analysis: Representative lot data. Paraffin-embedded normal human adrenal gland (Fig. 1) and normal human brain (Fig. 2) tissues were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:1,000 dilution of Cholesterol acyltransferase 1. Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select® Detection Kit. Positive cytoplasmic staining was observed in the cells within the cortex of normal human adrenal gland.
