Western Blot Analysis: Representative lot data. Mouse kidney lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with Anti-Angiopoietin-1 (1:1,000 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey- anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein Angiopoietin-1 (~57kD). * Expression at 57 kD corresponds to native Angiopoietin-1, whereas 75 kD band demonstrated expression og highly glycosylated form of Angiopoietin-1.
