Total cell lysates (15ug total protein) from untransfected (-) or Cre recombinase-transfected (+) HeLa cells were resolved by 4-12% Bis-Tris gel electrophoresis, transferred to a PVDF membrane, and probed with 0.1ug/mL (1:10000) of 046155 overnight at 4°C. Proteins were visualized by chemiluminescence detection using donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) at a 1:3000 dilution. anti-GAPDH antibody was used as a loading control at a 1:25000 dilution.
