Flow cytometric analysis of fixed, permeabilized human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, untreated (left, negative) or anti-human CD3 (10ug/ml, 72 hours, 37°C) and anti-human CD28 (10ug/ml, 72 hours, 37°C) (right, positive) treated using 592362 and co-stained with a CD3 antibody. Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) was used as a secondary antibody.
