Western Blot Analysis: Representative lot data. Calyculin treated Jurkat lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with P4077-51(1:500 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Figure indicates phosphorylated threonine-proline proteins.
