Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human heart tissue sections using N2060-04L (1:25). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at RT; Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer, pH 6. Samples were incubated with N2060-04L (1:25) for 1 hour at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

Fluorescent confocal image of SY5Y cells using N2060-04L. SY5Y cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with N2060-04L primary antibody (1:200,2 h at room temperature).
