Western Blotting Analysis: Representative lot data. HeLa cell lysate was probed with Pericentrin (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Pericentrin (~250kD). Uniprot describes 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with molecular weights at 378 & 355kD. However in endogenous lysates, Pericentrin is observed at ~250kD & ~150kD for western blots (Wen, Y., et al. (2008). J Biol Chem. 283(5):2793-2803).
