Immunohistochemistry Analysis: Paraffin-embedded rat brain tissue (Fig. 1) was prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:200 dilution of M2350-02F. Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select® Detection Kit In Fig 1, staining pattern appears in neuronal microtubule cells of the cerebral cortex (brown).
