Immunohistochemistry analysis of TGFBR2 in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue sections using 042782 (1:25). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6). Samples were incubated with 042782 (1:25) for 1 hours at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed paraffin embedded human placenta tissue, using 042782 followed by peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of 042782 for immunohistochemistry.
