Immunohistochemistry was performed on acetone-fixed frozen rat testis sections. Tissues were blocked in 3% normal goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature and probed with a CCL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-22488) at a dilution of 1:500 for 1 hour and room temperature. Tissues were washed extensively with phosphate buffered saline (PBS). Detection was performed using a fluorophore-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500.
