Flow Cytometry analysis of CD8 in Mouse lymphocytes using CD8a Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-47808). Cells were stained with CD44 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48017) (isotype control; panel A) or CD8a Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (panel B) at a concentration of 1 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analyzed on a flow-cytometer.
