Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of FceR1 alpha in U937 cells using FceR1 alpha Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48234). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with FceR1 alpha Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom FceR1 alpha Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control.
