Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of CLEC4A in human peripheral blood monocytes (PBMs) using CLEC4A Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48116). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with CLEC4A Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells.
