Lane A probed with Rat anti Tubulin Alpha antibody (MCA78G) at a 1/1000 dilution followed by detection with HRP conjugated Human anti Rat IgG2a (TZA037P) at a 1/10,000 dilution. Lane B probed with HRP conjugated Human anti Rat IgG2a (TZA037P). Performed under reduced conditions. Visualized on Chemidoc MP imaging system. Arrow points to Tubulin alpha protein (molecular weight 52 kDa).
