Lane A probed with Rat anti CCT beta antibody, clone PK/8/4/4i/2F (VMA00026) at a 1/1000 dilution followed by detection with HRP conjugated Human anti Rat IgG2b antibody (TZA038P) at a 1/10,000 dilution. Lane B probed with HRP conjugated Human anti Rat IgG2b (TZA038P). Performed under reducing conditions. Visualized on ChemiDoc MP imaging system.
