Rabbit Anti HA Tag Polyclonal Affinity Purified Immobilized is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid Suspension (~50% slurry) format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. Rabbits were immunized with HA peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. The anti-HA antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase then coupled to agarose beads using aldehyde chemistry
