Western blot analysis of eIF1A in HEK-293T cell lysate (10 µg/Lane). Exposure time: 2 minutes; 15% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in eIF1A Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44706) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Predicted band size: 16 kDa. Observed band size: 18 kDa.
