Western blot analysis of PIAS1 in different lysates. Exposure time: 2 minutes; 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in PIAS1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44773) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:300,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: MCF-7 cell lysate (10 µg/Lane); Lane 2: HL-60 cell lysate (10 µg/Lane); Lane 3: Rat testis tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane). Predicted band size: 68 kDa. Observed band size: 72 kDa.
