Western blot analysis of Spermine synthase in different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in Spermine synthase Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44855) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Positive control: Lane 1: Hela cell lysate; Lane 2: Jurkat cell lysate; Lane 3: K562 cell lysate; Lane 4: Rat uterus tissue lysate; Lane 5: Mouse testis tissue lysate.
