Immunocytochemistry analysis of SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein RBD in HEK293 cells. Samples were stained with SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein RBD monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47405). Cells were transfected with the DNA encoding the S-protein segment inRecombinant SARS-CoV2 S-Protein ACE2 Binding Domain which was inserted in the pCI-Neo-Mod expression vector. The SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein RBD produces clean and specific staining of transfected cells which stain identically witha rabbit polyclonal antibody to the same immunogen. The nuclei of transfected and untransfected cells are shown in blue with DAPI DNA stain.
