Western blot analysis of TCPTP in different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in TCPTP Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44846) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Positive control: Lane 1: K562 cell lysate; Lane 2: Mouse testis tissue lysate; Lane 3: Rat testis tissue lysate; Lane 4: HL-60 cell lysate; Lane 5: Jurkat cell lysate.
