Immunofluorescence analysis of Rabbit anti-Goat IgG, Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647 (Product # A56570, 1 µg/mL) was performed on fixed and permeabilized HeLa cells stained with Goat anti-HSPA9 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48035; 1:500). Panel a) shows representative cells that were stained for detection and localization of HSPA9 protein, Panel b) is stained for nuclei (green) using SYTOX™ Green Nucleic Acid Stain (Product # S7020). Panel c) represents cytoskeletal F-actin staining using Rhodamine Phalloidin (Product # R415, 1:300). Panel d) is a composite image of Panels a, b and c clearly demonstrating specific detection of Goat anti-HSPA9 Polyclonal Antibody by Rabbit anti-Goat IgG, Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647. Panel e) represents control cells with no primary antibody to assess the background. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
