Flow cytometry analysis of CD25 in stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes using CD25, PerCP Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA5-46648). Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated for 3 days with Phytohemagglutinin, then stained with primary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
