Western blot was performed using JMJD1B Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (1A5) (Product # MA5-44598) and a 200 kDa band corresponding to JMJD1B was observed across all cell lines tested. Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hela (Lane 1), NCCIT (Lane 2), Caco-2 (Lane 3), IMR-32 (Lane 4), MCF7 (Lane 5), K-562 (Lane 6), Jurkat (Lane 7), THP-1 (Lane 8) and HCT 116 (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 3-8% Tris-Acetate gel (Product # EA0375BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Gel Transfer Device (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:20,000 dilution) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
