Western blot of rat brain (hippocampal) lysates using approximately 5 - 7 ug of tissue per lane. The blot was incubated overnight at 2-8° C with anti-GABAA R, alpha 4 subunit, N-Terminus diluted 1:1000. The antibody labeled the ~64kD alpha 4 subunit of the GABA R.
