Western Blot Analysis: Representative lot data. HEK293 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-RING1, R2031-81A (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates RING1 (~42kD).
