Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
