Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded stomach cancer tissue (Figure 1 and Figure 2) prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:500 dilution of 029515. Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select® Detection Kit. Immunoreactivity was confined to the nuclear envelope.
