Detection of Human Complement Factor H by Western Blot using C7850-80C. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/mL of C7850-80C followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary. A specific band was detected for Complement Factor H at ~155kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions.
