Immunofluorescence detection of endogenous LYVE-1 on rat microvessles using anti-LYVE-1, pAb. Method: Rat cardiac lymphatic microvessels, were labeled with anti-LYVE-1, pAb (revealed in red), adjacent blood vessels with anti-CD31 pAb (revealed in green) and nuclear stain in blue (left image). Lymphatic microvessels labeled with 207269 (revealed in red) and nuclear stain in blue (right image). Images were obtained at 10x magnification on a Zeiss fluorescence microscope.
