Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using Ezh2 Rabbit mAb #E9085-02D.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells using Ezh2 Rabbit mAb #E9085-02D (green) and S6 Ribosomal Protein Mouse mAb #R2031-32D (blue). Actin filaments were labeled with DY-554 phalloidin (red).

Chromatin immunoprecipitations were performed with cross-linked chromatin from 4 x 10e6 NCCIT cells and either 5ul of Ezh2 Rabbit mAb #E9085-02D or 2ul of Normal Rabbit IgG using Enzymatic Chromatin IP Kit (Magnetic Beads). The enriched DNA was quantified by real-time PCR using Human HoxA2 Promoter Primers and Human α Satellite Repeat Primers. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA in each sample is represented as signal relative to the total amount of input chromatin, which is equivalent to one.
