Western blot analysis of nNOS, pAb using whole cell extracts from (1) rat brain, (2) mouse brain, and (3,4) 10ng recombinant rat bNOS. In lane (4) the antibody was preincubated blocking control peptide. The nitrocellulose membrane was probed at 5ug/ml. The secondary antibody was GAR-AP diluted 1/2000 and the blot was developed with BCIP/NBT.

All lanes: LDHB(Y240) at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: Mouse heart whole cell lysate Lane 2: Mouse brain whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 37kD Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
